BECKER, Minn. – The University of Northwestern stand atop the leaderboard after the opening day of the 2025 UMAC Women’s Golf Championship at Pebble Creek Golf Club, with its 335.
The Eagles were led by Paige Johnson, who carded a 78 on the day. She leads all individual competitors after the first round.
UNW's 335 is the third-lowest 18-hole score in the Championships history. Johnson's 78 is tied for the second-lowest individual 18-hole score.
UW-Superior's 346 now stands seventh-lowest in Championships history.
Day two of the UMAC Championship tees off at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 3.
