Northwestern wins UMAC Men’s Golf Championship

BECKER, Minn.—The University of Northwestern won the 2026 Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Men’s Golf Championship with its three-round score of 934. This was the fifth overall UMAC Championship for the program, and first since 2016. The championship took place October 8-10 at Pebble Creek Golf Club.
 
Andrew Slatten of the UW-Superior was the individual medalist with his score of 223. This marked the third-straight year the individual medalist has been from the Yellowjackets.

With the Championship, Northwestern will represent the UMAC in the NCAA Division III Men’s Golf Championships, May 18-21, 2027 at the Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Va.
