ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Upper Midwest Athlete Conference (UMAC) was represented at the 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships this past weekend as Bethany Lutheran College Vikings’ senior Stephanie Witbrod competed in the women’s shot put national championship.
Witbrod qualified as one of just 22 athletes in the nation to compete in the shot put championship.
The Bethany Lutheran Vikings’ senior placed 17
th in the nation at the event with a throw of 13.34 meters.
The UMAC is an NCAA Division III member comprised of eight full-time member schools from Minnesota and Wisconsin: Bethany Lutheran College, Crown College, Martin Luther College, North Central University, Northland College, University of Minnesota Morris, University of Northwestern, and University of Wisconsin-Superior.
