PAUL, Minn.---Each week on Thursdays, the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) will highlight one student-athlete who serves as an integral member of their institutional Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) in the "UMAC SAAC Spotlight." At the institutional, conference and national levels, SAAC represents the Division III student-athlete voice and provides opportunities for student-athletes to be actively engaged in their campus communities. |

What has been one of your favorite SAAC initiatives or activities?
Even though it hasn’t happened yet, I am really looking forward to our D3 week and mental health awareness project for this spring!
