PAUL, Minn.---Each week on Thursdays, the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) will highlight one student-athlete who serves as an integral member of their institutional Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) in the "UMAC SAAC Spotlight." At the institutional, conference and national levels, SAAC represents the Division III student-athlete voice and provides opportunities for student-athletes to be actively engaged in their campus communities. |

How did you get involved in your campus SAAC?
Co-President; responsible for organizing events on campus, such as halftime games during athletic matches or a winter clothing drive for the entire school.
How did you get involved in your campus SAAC?
My brother was involved in SAAC when he was in college at ASU, and it seemed like something I would also enjoy as a student-athlete.
What do you enjoy most about being a member of SAAC?
I enjoy leading the organization for my school along with some of my closest friends!
What has been one of your favorite SAAC initiatives or activities?
The winter clothing drive has been one of my favorite SAAC initiatives, as we were able to get the entire campus involved and received an overwhelming amount of donations.
