PAUL, Minn.---Each week on Thursdays, the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) will highlight one student-athlete who serves as an integral member of their institutional Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) in the "UMAC SAAC Spotlight." At the institutional, conference and national levels, SAAC represents the Division III student-athlete voice and provides opportunities for student-athletes to be actively engaged in their campus communities. |

What are your roles within your campus SAAC group?
On our leadership team and I work with another student-athlete as the Social Media coordinators.
How did you get involved in your campus SAAC?
Our SAAC leadership team thought I would be a good fit and asked me if I would be interested in joining. I said, 'yes' of course.
What do you enjoy most about being a member of SAAC?
I loved being able to connect with other athletes and work together with our leadership team to help create a more positive and developmentally based athletics community.
What has been one of your favorite SAAC initiatives or activities?
I always love our food drive that we do as well as when we have guest speakers.
