ST. PAUL, Minn.---Each week on Thursdays, the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) will highlight one student-athlete who serves as an integral member of their institutional Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) in the "UMAC SAAC Spotlight." At the institutional, conference and national levels, SAAC represents the Division III student-athlete voice and provides opportunities for student-athletes to be actively engaged in their campus communities. | About DIII SAAC | About UMAC SAAC

What are your roles within your campus SAAC group?
I am going to help with the activities.

How did you get involved in your campus SAAC?
Since I am in sports I always would see what SAAC would be doing and thought that it would be something I should get involved in, plus my friends are in it.

What do you enjoy most about being a member of SAAC?
I am able to be with my friends while making a difference.

What has been one of your favorite SAAC initiatives or activities?
One of my favorite initiatives would be all the half time games we are planning to do this year since I feel that it is important to get our peers involved.
