Five named WGCA All-American Scholars

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.--The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) announced their 2025-26 WGCA All-American Scholar Team yesterday.

Five UMAC student-athletes were selected:
  • Bri Brandt                University of Northwestern - Saint Paul 
  • Morgan Eckman     University of Northwestern - Saint Paul 
  • Brielle Lenz            University of Northwestern - Saint Paul 
  • Sondra Melby         University of Northwestern - Saint Paul 
  • Ellie Rolland            University of Northwestern - Saint Paul 
To be selected, a student-athlete must: 
  • Have an overall cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher. 
  • Be an amateur and on the team's roster through the conclusion of the team's season. 
  • Have played in 50% of the college’s regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year nominated through the team's conference championship.
