MINNEAPOLIS – The opening round of the 2026 Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Men’s Tennis Tournament took place on Friday as four teams competed in a pair of semifinal contests. The University of Wisconsin-Superior and Greenville University won semifinal matches to advance to the tournament championship match.

- The Yellowjackets won two of the three doubles matches and claimed the doubles point to open the match
- In singles, UW-Superior won at No. 1, No. 4 and No. 6 to clinch the match

- The Panthers swept the doubles matches to secure the early 1-0 lead.
