2024-25 UMAC Men’s Basketball Tournament Preview

ST. PAUL, Minn. – This week, four teams will compete in the 2024-25 Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Men's Basketball Tournament for a shot to win the conference postseason title and an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.

The North Central University Rams secured the No. 1 seed in the tournament during the regular season. The Rams will host the No. 4 Bethany Lutheran College Vikings in a semifinal match this Wednesday, February 26 at 7:00pm in Minneapolis.
 
At the same time, the No. 2 University of Minnesota Morris Cougars will host the No. 3 University of Northwestern Eagles in the other semifinal match in Morris, Minnesota.
 
The championship title game will take place this Saturday, March 1 at the site of the highest remaining seed.

The UMAC is an NCAA Division III member comprised of eight full-time member schools from Minnesota and Wisconsin: Bethany Lutheran College, Crown College, Martin Luther College, North Central University, Northland College, University of Minnesota Morris, University of Northwestern, and University of Wisconsin-Superior.
