ST. PAUL, Minn.--- The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) announced its Player of the Week award winners Monday in the sports of men's and women's basketball and men's and women's indoor track and field. The UMAC Player of the Week awards are nominated for by UMAC coaches and sports information directors (SIDs) and selected by SIDs. The awards are published each Monday afternoon. 

The award winners and descriptions of their accomplishments for the week are below:

MEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
12730Tanner Youngberg, Sr., Northwestern
Pocahontas, Iowa/Pocahontas
- Led Northwestern to two UMAC wins 
- Averaged 20.5 ppg, 12.5 rpg, 2.5 apg, 2.5 spg shot 79.0% from the field
- Recorded seventh and eighth double-doubles of the season



WOMEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
12491Abby Olson, Jr., Bethany Lutheran
Montevideo, Minn./Montevideo 
- Averaged 22.5 ppg and 7.5 rpg to lead Vikings to eight-straight wins
- Shot 52% from the field and 5-for-9 from 3-point range
- Added eight assists and two steals on the week



MEN'S INDOOR TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
12732Samuel Eben Ebai, Jr., Fy., St. Scholastica
Yaounde, Cameroon/P.S.S. Mankon
- Won the 60-meter dash at Twin Ports Invitational
- Clocked season-best time of 7.02
- Time is second-best in UMAC, fourth-best in Central Region



MEN'S INDOOR FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
12668C.J. Pillath, Sr., Wisconsin-Superior
Coleman, Wis./Coleman
- Won the weight throw at the Twin Ports Invitational
- Bettered his NCAA Division III-leading mark by a half-meter
- Tossed 18.97 meters (62-3) to win by 1.5 meters



WOMEN'S INDOOR TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
12729Alexxa DeQuevedo, Fy., Wisconsin-Superior
Silver Bay, Minn./William Kelley
- Won the 200-meter hurdles at Twin Ports Invitational
- Clocked a personal-best time of 30.78
- Placed fourth in the 60-meter hurdles (10.11)



WOMEN'S INDOOR FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
12731Natalie St. Marie, Sr., St. Scholastica
St. Francis, Minn./St. Francis
- Finished as runner-up. top DIII finisher in weight throw at Twin Ports Invitational
- Recorded season-best mark of 15.40 meters (50-6)
- Ranks eighth in event in Central Region
