UMAC Player of the Week Awards - Jan. 13, 2020
ST. PAUL, Minn.--- The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) announced its Player of the Week award winners Monday in the sports of men's and women's basketball and men's and women's indoor track and field. The UMAC Player of the Week awards are nominated for by UMAC coaches and sports information directors (SIDs) and selected by SIDs. The awards are published each Monday afternoon.
The award winners and descriptions of their accomplishments for the week are below:

MEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Vid Milenkovic, Sr., Wisconsin-Superior
Zurich, Switzerland/DSB Belgrade
- Led Yellowjackets to two UMAC wins to improve to 6-0
- Averaged 15.5 ppg, 16 rpg, 3.0 apg and shot 56.0% from the field
- Recorded fifth and sixth double-doubles of the season
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Hanna Geistfeld, Jr., Bethany Lutheran
Truman, Minn./Martin Luther
- Averaged 30.0 ppg and 8.5 rpg in two UMAC wins
- Went 14-of-15 vs. Northland and shot 73.0% on the week
- Recorded 1,000th career point in win vs. Northland
MEN'S INDOOR TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Malcolm Lumsden, Sr., St. Scholastica
Kingston, Jamaica/Kingston College
- Clocked 7.00 in 60-meter dash for third-best time in Central Region
- Placed third overall (top Division III competitor) in the 60-meter at Minnesota Open
- Finished fifth in 200-meter dash with UMAC-best time (23.28)
MEN'S INDOOR FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
C.J. Pillath, Sr., Wisconsin-Superior
Coleman, Wis./Coleman
- Bested his NCAA Division III-leading mark in the weight throw
- Recorded a toss of 18.48 meters (60-7.75) to place fifth at Minnesota Open
- Leads in the UMAC by over four meters in the event
WOMEN'S INDOOR TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Anika Kling, Sr., St. Scholastica
Hudson, Wis./Hudson
- Recorded season-best time of 7.96 in 60-meter dash
- Placed third in the event at Minnesota Open
- Owns the fifth-best 60-meter time in the Central Region
WOMEN'S INDOOR FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Katelyn Leiden, Sr., St. Scholastica
Green Bay, Wis./Green Bay West
- Finished as runner-up in triple jump at Minnesota Open
- Recorded season-best mark of 9.19 meters (30-2)
- Was top Division III competitor in the event
