UMAC Player of the Week Awards - Dec. 30, 2019

ST. PAUL, Minn.--- The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) announced its Player of the Week award winners Monday in the sports of men's and women's basketball. The UMAC Player of the Week awards are nominated for by UMAC coaches and sports information directors (SIDs) and selected by SIDs. The awards are published each Monday afternoon. 

The award winners and descriptions of their accomplishments for the week are below: 

MEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
12698Collin Anderson, Sr., St. Scholastica
Eagan, Minn./Eagan
- Averaged 24.0 ppg in two games at D3hoops.com Classic
- Tallied 31 points with six-made 3-pointers in win vs. Central
- Eclipsed 1,200 career points Saturday



WOMEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
12699Hanna Geistfeld, Jr., Bethany Lutheran
Truman, Minn./Martin Luther
- Led Vikings to win over Saint Benedict
- Matched career-high with 31 points
- Went 11-of-18 from the field and added seven boards
