UMAC Player of the Week Awards - Nov.11, 2019
ST. PAUL, Minn.--- The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) announced its Player of the Week award winners Monday in the sports of football, and men's and women's basketball. The UMAC Player of the Week awards are nominated for by UMAC coaches and sports information directors (SIDs) and selected by SIDs. The awards are published each Monday afternoon.

FOOTBALL OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Mitchell Adrian, Sr., St. Scholastica
Altoona, Wis./Altoona
- Set a new single-game reception program record with 15 Saturday
- Finished with 103 yards receiving and two TDs
- Leads NCAA Division III with 10.9 receptions per game
FOOTBALL DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Eric Soderberg, Sr., St. Scholastica
Cohasset, Minn./Grand Rapids
- Led Saints defensively with 11 tackles including 2 TFL
- Returned a fumble 75 yards for a touchdown
- Recorded an interception in the end zone
FOOTBALL SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Blake Mitchell, So., Northwestern
Watertown, S.D./Watertown
- Went a perfect 3-for-3 on PAT attempts
- Converted two field goals with a long of 37 yards
- Recorded six kickoffs for 317 yards (52.8 yds/kick)
MEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Tim Wendel, Sr., Crown
Montevideo, Uraguay/Club Malvin
- Scored 31 points in Storm's season opener
- Shot 54 percent from the field
- Added nine rebounds, four blocks and three assists
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Lindsay Bressette, So., Northland
Bayfield, Wis./Bayfield
- Led Northland to two season-opening wins
- Averaged 19.5 ppg and shot 52 percent
- Added nine rebounds, six assists and four steals
