WOMEN'S BASKETBALL ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Elise Besonen, Senior, UW-Superior Yellowjackets

- In the Yellowjackets' lone contest last week, Besonen shot 50 percent from the field against MSOE. The senior guard played 39-of-40 minutes and contributed 23 points along with three steals, assists and rebounds each. She currently leads UWS in all offensive categories heading into UMAC play.
