The University of Wisconsin-Superior men's track and field team has a ton of talent that should make headlines at the UMAC Chaampionships this week. One of those headliners is Jackson Lindquist who will look for a title and record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase. The senior broke his own school record in the event Thursday at the Macalester College Bolstorff Twilight with a time of 9:20.68. Not only is the time 27th in all of Division III, but Lindquist's time is 33 seconds faster than the UMAC outdoor championships record. Linquist has his sights set on victory at the conference meet set to begin Friday afternoon in Morris, Minnesota.
