Nicole Chrisitianson continues her excellence in the high jump and has shown her final season could be the year she takes it all. The College of St. Scholastica senior placed second in her premier event Saturday at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Phil Esten Challenge matching her program record and career-best mark of 1.70 meters (5-7). She was second to Wartburg College's Kailey Kladivo who won on number of attempts. Christianson's UMAC-leading mark is tied for fourth-best in the nation this season with the top mark at 1.73 meters (5-8). Christianson and the Saints will compete at the famous Drake Relays this weekend in Des Moines, Iowa, for a final tuneup before the UMAC Championships.
