The North Central University men's tennis team scored two critical UMAC victories over Martin Luther College and the Unviersity of Minnesota Morris to boost its conference record to 2-3 on the season. The Rams' success was due in large part to solid play of Shane Christensen who went 4-0 in both matches. The senior earned the decisive win at No. 4 singles in a 5-4 decision over Martin Luther. Christiansen and partner Fabian Tunberg also dropped just three games total in claiming two wins at No. 2 doubles over the two-match stretch. The Rams will face Saint Mary's University Thursday before taking on Bethany Lutheran College and Minnesota Morris in conference play Saturday.
