UMAC Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)
The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference Student Athlete Advisory Committee provides student athletes with an active role in the governance of the Conference. It is made up of two student athlete representatives (one male and one female) from each of the UMAC member institutions. Committee members are expected to represent the viewpoint of the student athletes on their respective campuses and to serve as a vital communication link between the conference and its student athletes.
A secondary role is to enhance the image of the student athletes both on campus and in the community. In this manner, the UMAC SAAC is committed to engaging in campus service projects and to serving as positive role models for their peers and younger athletes.
