Describe yourself in one word.
Positive
What does it mean to you to be a Division III student-athlete?
To me, it means everything! Coming from a very small, parochial high school, I never thought I would be competing on a collegiate level team. To be able to have this opportunity creates a confidence and joy inside of me.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned so far from being a college athlete??
Being a college athlete isn't simply about playing to win. It is about being able to play the sport I love with a team I love even more!
What do you love most about being a student-athlete at Martin Luther?
I love the team-family aspect. While we focus on our game play, a huge point is also toward bonding and growing together. Ultimately, we all have the same goal to play for Christ and to play for each other.
Who has been the most influential on your athletics career and why?
Definitely my parents. They have been so supportive in all aspects and always encourage me to be the best I can be.
