Describe yourself in one word.
Driven.
What do you enjoy most about competing in the UMAC?
The opportunity to get to know guys on other teams through competition.
Tell us about a unique experience you've had as a student at Northwestern.
Playing baseball for a purpose is something that I've never got to do. Playing on different teams in the summer is always something that is never the same because there isn't always one common goal. So it's an incredible blessing to be able to compete at Northwestern.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned so far from being a college athlete?
Failure is something that is unavoidable in baseball and in life, but how you respond is what matters.
Who has been the most influential on your athletics career and why?
My cousin Jared - I grew up watching him compete in the state hockey tournament, and ever since then I wanted to compete on the biggest and best stages possible and have success.
