Describe yourself in one word.
Changing.
What do you love most about being a student-athlete at Minnesota Morris?
My teammates have become like family to me. We a get along really well and its fun to go hangout with them everyday.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned so far from being a college athlete?
That in order to see your results, if its being an athlete or any other part of my life, results take time. If you want results, make it a lifestyle, not a chore.
What is something most people don't know about you?
That one of my favorite free time things is to wake up early in the morning and go hike while camping, especially when it is cold and there is frost on everything.
Who has been the most influential on your athletics career and why?
The most influential person on my athletic career has been my best friend Ricky Kothenbeutel. He helped change into the person I am today, eating healthy, training harder; he has been a huge role model for me.

What does it mean to you to be a Division III student-athlete?
Since I am a non-traditional student coming back after transferring away and taking a few years off, I am very grateful the NCAA DIII guidelines allow me to still have eligibility and compete.
What do you love most about being a student-athlete at Wisconsin-Superior?
I love being part of the Track family at UWS. Coach Drexler has done a great job bringing everyone together and turning the team into a family.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned so far from being a college athlete?
I have learned to have a team attitude instead of having a me attitude. I owe this to the coaches and the team who are more supportive than anyone could ask for.
Who has been the most influential on your athletics career and why?
Coach Dan Conway - He was my cross country coach through high school. He is extremely knowledgeable,an amazing runner, and a great man. I will forever be thankful for the years I was able to run for him.
