Respectful

What do you enjoy most about competing in the UMAC?
I enjoy the competition and atmosphere of UMAC play. The players and coaches bring good attitudes making the games enjoyable.

Tell us about a unique experience you've had as a student at Morris?
I took a Human anatomy class one semester and we get a new cadaver every two years. Being able to work with one while learning about anatomy was a great experience and helped me with what we were learning.

What is something most people don't know about you?
I love to do wood working projects with my dad. It’s something I’ve loved since I was a kid mostly just helping my dad but I’ve now made a few things of my own.

Who has been the most influential on your athletics career and why?
I’ve had a couple coaches that have had a big impact on my athletics, they continued to push me to be better and have been there for me in all aspects of my life. They have taught me that sports is more than just a game. My teammates have also been very influential on my career because they know how to push me on and off the court.

I’ve done many service projects for the community that I’ve grown up in. It has allowed me to see all of the positive impacts I could have on my hometown.

What do you love most about being a student-athlete at Northland?
I love the family atmosphere we have at Northland. It really it’s a whole different experience to be a part of the program.

What is something most people don't know about you?
One thing most people don’t know about me is that I was raised by a single parent and I didn’t actually enjoy playing basketball until my father introduced me to his basketball history.

Who has been the most influential on your athletics career and why?
My father has been the greatest inspiration to my career as well as my life as a whole. I owe him a huge debt of gratitude because I wouldn’t have made it as far as I have without him.
