Student-athletes share their perspective on being a student-athlete at their institution, in the UMAC and in Division III.

What do you enjoy most about being a student-athlete at Martin Luther?
Our professors are very willing to work with us when class is missed.
Tell us about a unique experience you've had as a student at Martin Luther?
This coming summer I have the opportunity to study abroad in Argentina.
What is the something most people don't know about you?
I grew up with a Boston accent.
Who has been the most influential on your athletics career and why?
A coach I had in grade school who pushed me and taught me to work hard.

Energetic.
What do you like most about competing in the UMAC?
I like being able to compete with my friends and future colleagues in the world in a sport that we love and being able to do all that while being full time students.
Tell us about a unique experience you've had as a student at Martin Luther?
I was able to go on two Spanish Immersion trips to Ecuador and Argentina to practice my Spanish for five weeks at a time.
Who has been the most influential on your athletics career and why?
I think that my parents have been the biggest influence, being able to come and watch and to keep on encouraging me throughout it all.
What is one thing you'd like to do before you graduate?
I would like to use my Spanish skills some more with people that I don't know.
