Describe yourself in one word.
Positive
What does it mean to you to be a Division III student-athlete?
It means my academics come first and athletics come second. I'm blessed to use my talents to God's glory in different areas to grow as a young Christian.
Tell us about a unique experience you've had as a student at Martin Luther.
This semester I'm blessed to be the dorm supervisor for the freshmen/sophomore dorm here on campus. It definitely keeps me on my toes. I've already grown so much in my faith because of the work of the Holy Spirit. I pray my words and actions positively impact the girls whom I watch over and assist with questions and needs.
Who has been the most influential on your athletics career and why?
My high school basketball coach helped me see the big picture of sports. Winning is amazing, but losing is an opportunity to learn more about you and your teammates. My high school coach helped me see that the love of Christ can shine through both on and off the court/field. Taking care of my body physically is an act of stewardship. It's one thing to be a hard-working player. It's another thing to make the teammates around you better because of your example (whether that be with words or actions).
What is something most people don't know about you?
I am a huge Tim Tebow fanatic.
