What do you love most about being a student-athlete at your institution?
I love how much my coaches teach me about life and about how to be a Christian. They are such good role models for me and I learn so much about life through sports from them.
Tell us about a unique experience you've had as a student at Martin Luther.
I got to work in Minnesota last summer and teach Vacation Bible School and coach Soccer Camp for 10 weeks.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned from being a college athlete so far?
The greatest lesson is that the experience is great, no matter the outcome, because of the people who are doing it with you.
Who has been the most influential on your athletics career and why?
My younger sister, Carissa - she looks up to me so I know I need to play hard and be accountable with my words and actions because she is always watching.

Describe yourself in one word: Relaxed.
What do you enjoy most about competing in the UMAC?
I enjoy the competitiveness of the UMAC. For a majority of the teams, any team can win any game and that brings a sense of excitement to every game.
What do you love most about being a student-athlete at Martin Luther?
I love being a part of the soccer team because we are so close. All of the players on the team have become my best friends over the years and I love hanging out with them in and out of season.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned from being a college athlete so far?
Being a college athlete has taught me individual and collective responsibility. I need to be on top of my schoolwork and work hard out of season as an individual. I also need to look out for the guys around me and help them with anything I can because I know they will do the same for me.
What is one thing you want to do before you graduate?
I want to win a few games in a post season tournament with my team.
