CSS's Bloomquist Named to D3football.com Team of the Week

St. Scholastica junior linebacker Mason Bloomquist (Owatonna, Minn./Owatonna HS ) was named to the D3football.com Team of the Week; it was announced on Tuesday.
In Saturday's 22-10 victory over MacMurray College (Ill.) Bloomquist recorded 10 tackles, including three sacks and an interception that led to the team's first touchdown. The three sacks are tied for second-most in a game in program history. He also recorded an additional quarterback hurry.
In week one against Ripon College (Wis.) Bloomquist recovered a fumble and returned it for an 8-yard touchdown.
