ST. PAUL -- The head cross country coaches from Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) member schools joined together for a half hour-long chat session on Thursday, October 29 at 10 a.m. The chat session gave fans and media the opportunity to interact with the head coaches as teams prepare for the upcoming 2015 UMAC Cross Country Championship.
