FOOTBALL OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
QB Luke Rothe, Martin Luther College

Rothe set school records with 399 yards passing and 27 completions. Had 6 total touchdowns (4 passing and 2 rushing), and also ran for 73 yards.






FOOTBALL DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
LB Josh Bromberg, WestminsterCollege

Josh Bromberg recorded two interceptions for a total of 43 yards. Bromberg returned the second interception for a 39 yard touchdown. He also finished with six tackles.






FOOTBALL SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
K Kevin Ludwig, Westminster College

Kevin Ludwig went 5-for-5 on extra points and completed three punts for a total of 110 yards. He hit a 28-yard field goal in the fourth quarter to put the Blue Jays up by one and also had eight kickoffs for 463 yards, averaging 57.9 yards per kickoff.






MEN'S SOCCER OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
M Sam Eckman, Crown

Eckman controlled the midfield against Rockford on Saturday and led Crown's attack on the way to a seven goal outburst. The diminutive midfielder contributed to two assists to go along with his hat trick. Eckman scored on a 35 yard laser, a header, and off a rebound to help give Crown their first win of the season.





MEN'S SOCCER DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
GK Adam Hewitt, College of St. Scholastica

Adam had 13 total saves as he recorded two clean sheets over the week against the current MIAC co-champions Gustavus Adolphus and Carleton.






WOMEN'S SOCCER OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
D Sarah Hudson, Northland College

Hudson had 3 goals and 1 assist in the Jills' two victories this weekend versus Eureka and Knox.







WOMEN'S SOCCER DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
GK Jessica Jaeckel, Northland College

Jessica Jaeckel made five saves in a pair of shutout victories against Eureka and MacMurray.







MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY RUNNER OF THE WEEK
Grey Davis, Martin Luther College

Davis finished sixth at Crown on Saturday with a time of 28:34.6.








WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY RUNNER OF THE WEEK
Lauren Farquhar, Bethany Lutheran College

At Saturday's Crown Invitational, Lauren was the top UMAC finisher placing fourth overall in the 56-runner field. Over the 6-kilometer course, she posted a time of 25:48.7.





MEN'S GOLF PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Reed Sorensen, Crown College

Reed won medalist honors at the UMAC Championships Preview on Saturday with a tournament low round of 75.







VOLLEYBALL OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
OH Rebecca Engelbrecht, Martin Luther College

Rebecca averaged 4.14 kills per set while hitting .266 for the week. She also became the fourth player in school history to reach 1,000 kills for her career.







VOLLEYBALL DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
L Kaylie Clark, University of Minnesota Morris

Clark averaged 5.36 digs per set this week racking up 134 digs total. She had 20 plus digs in four matches including a season high 34 in the first match against Macalester. She also added 22 assists and nine service aces.






VOLLEYBALL SETTER OF THE WEEK
S Krista Stoltz, University of Northwestern

Krista was selected to the Augsburg Invitational All-Tournament Team. Stoltz tallied 147 assists and averaged 10.5 assists per set, a solid assists per set average, especially with just 27 against #25 Stevens Point in a three-set match on Saturday.
