ST. PAUL -- The head cross country coaches from Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) member schools joined together for a half hour-long chat session on Thursday, October 31 at 12 p.m. The chat session gave fans and media an opportunity to interact with the head coaches as teams prepare for the upcoming 2013 UMAC Cross Country Championship.

The 2013 Championship will be held November 2 at Brightwood Hills Golf Course in New Brighton, Minnesota. For the most up to date information about the 2013 UMAC Cross Country Championship, including course maps, check out the championship webpage.
