ST. PAUL -- North Central University's Daniel Bare and the University of Minnesota, Morris' Linda Keller headline the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Cross Country All-Conference awards for 2009.  Both Bare and Keller were the individual champion for their respective gender in Saturday's conference race at Crown College in St. Bonifacius, Minn.

Saturday's top 12 finishers all received all-conference recognition.  The College of St. Scholastica, who won both the men's and women's team competitions on Saturday,  had three men finish in the top 12, while half of the women's all-conference honorees were also wearing a blue Saints jersey in the race.  It is the ninth straight UMAC title for the St. Scholastica women's team.
